Dongle not recognized

I am working on a MacOS Mojave (10.14.3) with Volocity 6.3. My dongle is not recognized despite having downloaded and installed what should be the appropriate driver from Sentinel (HASP/LDK Mac OS X Run-time GUI Installation, see file:///Volumes/Sentinel%20Runtime/ReadMe.html).

I have no issue when I work on a macOS Sierra (10.12.2), still with Volocity 6.3 and with the updated Dongle driver.

Any idea how I could have Volocity running on my MacOS Mojave?

Thank you!

Hello Pauline,

Thank you for your message. Volocity is not officially supported on Mojave. Volocity 6.3 is support up to OS Sierra.

You can try using an alternative port on the system, however this may not resolve the issue.

We advise Mac users to implement and dual boot software such as Parallels and or Boot Camp and to upgrade to Volocity 6.5.

Please feel free to reach out to our support desk at volocity@quorumtechnologies.com for assistance with upgrade options.
